EnhanceFitness®, a low-cost, evidencebased group exercise and fall prevention program, helping older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized and empowered to sustain independent lives. This class can improve your overall health, balance, lexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, mental sharpness and decrease the risk of falling.
Olympia classes are capped at 30 participants per class.
