Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 Strengthening the glute and core muscles improves mobility and alleviates pain caused by common conditions such arthritis, bursitis, sciatica and herniated disc–HOWEVER–most of us don’t get the real benefits of targeted exercises because we lack adequate instruction. In this weekly practice, you won’t just mimic the instructor’s movements; you’ll learn how to use focused attention and proper body mechanics to isolate and strengthen the muscles you need in order to perform daily activities with greater mobility and less pain. In 3-4 weeks your back, knees and hips will say, “Thank you!” Equipment Needed: yoga or exercise mat
