Temporary Workers from the ACT program who work at both the Lacey and Olympia Senior Centers
4hrs weekly, flexible schedule. Working closely with clients who have dementia related diseases, providing entertainment and assisting staff with enrichment activities
You want to volunteer and you're not sure which direction to go, start will our Greatest Need project. This could be a temporary position or permanent if you so choose. Sometimes we just need a little help to cover vacations and sick time. Work varies: 3-4hrs weekly.

Food Handlers Permit Required
Prepare and Serve fresh brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages. Clean and maintain coffee bar, manage inventory and socialize with our seniors.
Assist Coordinator with activities for our members with developmental challenges and/or using the agency van, transport as necessary to off site activities.
Back up Mason County Meals on Wheels driver needed 3-5hrs needed. If you like serving your community, helping homebound seniors, and driving, then Meals on Wheels is right for you! We've got an opportunity to deliver meals to seniors who rarely get visitors two times a month. Mileage reimbursement is available. Come help us deliver meals in beautiful Mason County.

We're looking for a backup Meals on Wheels driver for the Yelm area in addition to kitchen volunteers. Must be vaccinated and boosted!

Do you enjoy social media? We're looking for social media volunteers to help us post and share created content. If you have marketing experience or are highly skilled in the ways of all social media, this may be a great opportunity for you. 2-4 hrs weekly. You will work directly with our Marketing Coordinator and Developement Director to share and monitor our social media presence. Remote work and some in-person time is required at Olympia Administration offices for meetings and direction.

Do you like driving around, we're looking for a reliable CDL drivers for our Trips & Tours program. Our bus travels around to interesting locations throughout western Washington. One or two trips a week/month.
